Absolutely!
When you want to make your commute a little more comfortable this armrest will help. Covered in Leather and imported from Germany. This is a high quality piece and not a one size all solution that you may find elsewhere.
The arm rest is available in Anthracite coal (very dark Gray) leather. This is very close to the factory leather color. Some of the pictures show the armrest in light Gray (flash). Dark Gray is almost a perfect match for the smart car interior.
When not in use you can raise the armrest and get it out of the way. It is also fully adjustable and can be raised and lowered to any position you like. There is a turn knob that is located under the arm rest that allows you to adjust it to an angle that is most comfortable for you.

This arm rest is securely mounted to the back of the seat.
Here is how you attach the armrest to the seat:
The armrest attaches to the drivers seat.
1. You will need to mount the armrest bracket to the seat frame. Place the bracket as shown in the pictures below against the seat bracket and make a mark for the two holes in the bracket. You may want to use a little tape to hold the bracket in place while you mark the holes.
2. Drill two holes (previously marked in step 1) with a 3.5 mm drill bit first and then expand the holes using a 6 mm drill bit.
3. Mount the plate bracket using self taping screws (not supplied). You can find them at any hardware store.
4. Mount the armrest to the bracket and secure it to the seat.
5. You are done! Enjoy!
You may want to put a little piece of tape below where you are drilling. This will help collect the metal shavings that will be created when you are making the mounting holes. The picture above shows a hole being made with the tape below to collect the shavings.
