This smart started out as a stock Yellow smart car and was transformed in to one of the best custom smart cars anywhere!
This smart car was completely taken apart. Every panel and exposed frame part was insulated. The panels were prepped and redone in a Flat Black Finish. The grill and other details including wheels and interior pieces were redone in a Candy Apple Red Finish. We then installed a set of Vertical Doors, S-Mann 6 Piston Front Disk Brakes with Custom Vented and Slotted Rotors and stainless steel brake lines. The rear drum brakes were also replaced with S-Mann Rear Disk Brakes. The stopping distance of this smart went from over 120' in 60-0 tests to around 80'!
The suspension was modified using our own brand of Smart Madness Performance Springs which lowered the smart .7" in the front and 1.3" in the rear.
The stock wheels were replaced with a one off set of rims redone in a Candy Apple Red finish.
We then upgraded the stock engine by adding on a complete Turbo set up bring the HP to 125!
The interior was redone with Black Leather and Alcantara with Red stitching to match the interior and exterior Red and a Skull and Bones was embroidered in the headrests at the request of the owner.
We then added a custom sound system that consisted of a Top of the Line head unit, speakers, amplifiers and 2 speaker boxes. The first subwoofer was placed inside the dash and featured an 8" Sub. The second box contained a 12" sub and was placed in the rear. The box was designed to sit on its own custom made metal rails and was made to sit above the engine floor. This would allow proper cooling for the engine and the speaker box/amps. To make the box match with the rest of the interior we had in upholstered in Black Leather and at the same time made it removable.
