Upgrade that dull looking stock smart car Fuel Door with this sharp looking door redone in Black.

We take the stock, bumpy matte Black stock fuel door and have it redone in a smooth, shiny Black finish.

The stock fuel door is first sanded down to get rid of the grainy texture. Then it is coated with a special primer that bonds paint to plastic. The door is then painted and clear coated in Black.

Since this is the stock fuel door redone, the installation takes less than 5 seconds. Slide the old door off and slide the new door one. If your smart is Black or you want a little Black detail to match the Black Tridion this is a great little add on.

These doors are painted using factory paint codes. While we do everything possible to make the closest match we can the paint color may have a slight variation to your factory panels. This can happen due to the fact that your body panels have been exposed to sunlight and may have slightly faded. The other factor is that the fuel door is made out of a different plastic than the body panels. The color will be very close, but may not be exact due to these two issues. With time the color will get closer to the panels once the doors have been exposed to sunlight.
