Here are some pics of a smart car we were happy to help customize for a great couple who started with us as customers and became friends in the process.

Dale and Lorraine drove into our shop with a brand new smart car straight from the dealership. They retired in 2002 and have been traveling the US ever since. They wanted to have a smart to tow behind their motor home.

Since Dale and Lorraine have always owned custom cars this smart could not stay stock looking for long.

In the process of modifying their smart we started to get to know the couple a bit better. Their positive attitude and spirit was contagious around our shop. Needless to say when they left with their newly customized smart car they were friends. 

We asked them for a couple of pictures of their smart car and they happily shared them with us. If you look closely you will see the smart being towed on the trailer behind their motor home.



They haul their newly customized smart car along with a custom Polaris Razor on a custom-made trailer that Dale manufactured himself. The pair is being pulled by their Monaco 4-Slide Motor Home.

We had the fortune of seeing Dale and Lorraine in Kansas City for the 1st smart car Nationals with their smart car and look forward to seeing them on their next trip to California.
